South Korea will allow quarantine free travel for all fully vaccinated foreign travellers from March 21
“Fully vaccinated” mean people have taken two doses of COVID 19 vaccine at least before two weeks and less than 180 day
Few countries like Pakistan, Myanmar, Uzbekistan and Ukraine are excluded from this rule. This means for citizens of these four countries will have the same rules of quarantine like today
All travellers required to take rapid antigen test on 6th and 7th day of their entry.
